Study Buddies
I created this piece as a way to explore characters and expressions. I initially was between two ideas: a magic shop or a diner scene. After doing some quick color studies, I was really invested in doing the sketch where the composition and colors stood out to me. I decided on creating a diner scene where the characters are studying together.
